ModPans™
ModPan™ is the most versatile and useful food pan on the market today. Prep, measure, store, seal, stack… even microwave; the patented design combines the durability of a stainless steel food pan and the convenience of a deli tray, with additional unique features. Each ModPan™ comes complete with a friction-fit lid that snaps on securely to keep foods fresh and allows for easy and efficient stacking and storage. When not in use, the pans nest together compactly to save space, while a vacuum-resistant design makes it easy to un-nest pans. Available in 1-quart (.95 L), 2-quart (1.9 L) and 4-quart (3.8 L) Gastronorm Standard EN 631 sizes; translucent ModPan™ features molded-in portion guides that allow for quick, visual measurement and easy portion control. NSF-certified, BPA-free, dishwasher safe and microwave safe; ModPan™ food pans are also easy to label. Unlike costly disposable deli trays, ModPan™ food pans can be reused time-after-time, minimizing waste and saving money
